Members of JCI Manila traveled to Roxas City from February 7 to 8, 2026 to attend the induction ceremonies of JCI Roxas, continuing the chapter’s efforts to strengthen National Relations with fellow JCI organizations across the Philippines.
The delegation was organized by project chairman Chester Feliciano, who coordinated the visit and participation of JCI Manila members in the induction program. The event gathered local leaders, members, and guests to witness the formal installation of JCI Roxas’ newly elected officers, marking the start of their leadership term and the continuation of their community initiatives in the region.

The induction ceremony served as an opportunity for JCI Manila to support the leadership of its fellow chapter while reinforcing the shared mission of developing young leaders and creating positive change within communities.

Beyond the formal program, the visit also included a fellowship activity at Palina Greenbelt Ecopark, where members from both chapters spent time connecting in a relaxed setting surrounded by the natural landscape of the area.

The gathering at the ecopark provided a meaningful space for leaders and members to exchange ideas, share experiences, and strengthen relationships outside of the usual meeting environment. Conversations ranged from project collaborations to chapter initiatives, reflecting the shared commitment of both organizations to leadership development and community service.
The activity also highlighted the importance of fellowship within the JCI movement. Through informal discussions and shared moments throughout the day, members were able to deepen friendships and reinforce the spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood that connects JCI chapters nationwide.

Participants noted that engagements such as these go beyond ceremonial visits. They serve as a platform for building long-term relationships that can lead to future collaborations, joint initiatives, and stronger partnerships between chapters.
By combining support for the induction ceremony with meaningful fellowship activities, the two-day visit demonstrated how National Relations within JCI extend beyond representation. It is through these personal connections and shared experiences that chapters continue to strengthen the foundation of the organization.

As JCI Manila concluded its visit to Roxas, the experience underscored a simple but enduring principle within the JCI network: when leaders come together not only to work but also to connect, stronger partnerships are formed—and with stronger partnerships comes greater potential for collective impact.
