Carrying the theme “Beyond the Limit!!”, this year’s Hatawan is designed as a one-of-a-kind team-building and leadership immersion experience where members will step outside their comfort zones, strengthen brotherhood, and create meaningful impact through adventure and service.

More than just a getaway, Hatawan embodies the spirit of JCI Manila’s LEAD BEYOND movement, challenging members to push boundaries, embrace new experiences, and build connections that go beyond the ordinary. JCI Manila’s 2026 vision encourages members to go beyond the expected, beyond the limit, and beyond the next generation, making Hatawan a perfect reflection of the chapter’s leadership direction.

This year’s program combines adrenaline, fellowship, learning, and community development into one unforgettable journey.

Participants literally take leadership to new heights through the much-awaited Sky Dive experience, pushing courage and personal limits while creating once-in-a-lifetime memories.

Because growth begins where comfort ends.

Beyond the thrills, members will also enjoy fun-filled getting-to-know sessions, creating deeper friendships and strengthening the brotherhood that defines JCI Manila.

The adventure continues with snorkeling and island exploration activities, giving participants an opportunity to unwind, reconnect with nature, and celebrate camaraderie outside the boardroom.

For those seeking speed and excitement, Jetski activities bring another layer of adventure turning the experience into an action-packed escape where every moment becomes a story worth remembering.

But Hatawan is not only about adventure.

At its core remains service.

True to JCI Manila’s mission of creating positive change through active citizenship and sustainable impact, the program includes a Community Development initiative in a local school, allowing participants to give back and create smiles within the community. Community development remains one of JCI Manila’s strongest pillars, focusing on long-term programs that empower communities and create lasting impact.

Members also participated in Self-Defense Training, adding an element of empowerment, preparedness, and personal development to the experience.

Capping the journey was a highly anticipated Fellowship Bonding Night. An evening dedicated to stories, laughter, celebrations, and memories made throughout the adventure.
