As preparations continue for the 2026 JCI World Congress, members of JCI Manila and JCI Angeles City Culiat gathered in Clark, Pampanga from July 17 to 19 for a three-day team-building activity aimed at strengthening collaboration and fostering camaraderie among the organizing committee.

Hosted in partnership with JCI Angeles Culiat, the activity provided members from both chapters an opportunity to build stronger working relationships ahead of one of the organization’s largest international events.
The delegation stayed at Aurora Villas, where the peaceful surroundings provided an ideal setting for fellowship and informal discussions throughout the weekend.

The activities officially opened with a welcome dinner hosted by Commissioner Carlo Cruz. Observing JCI protocol, Comm. Carlo acknowledged the officers and guests in attendance before welcoming everyone to the evening’s fellowship. Members from sister chapters JCI Makati Princess Urduja and JCI Davaoeña Daba-Daba also joined the gathering, creating an atmosphere of friendship and collaboration that extended well into the evening.

The following day began with breakfast at Glory Hotel before participants proceeded to the official team-building sessions led by LA Sevilla, Congress Director, and Richard Dods Lim Jr, Senior Deputy Congress Director.

The training brought together members of JCI Manila, JCI Angeles Culiat, and participating sister chapters through interactive activities designed to enhance communication, teamwork, and collaboration among the organizing committee. The sessions also allowed members from both host chapters to better understand one another as they prepare to work closely in delivering a successful World Congress.

Following the day’s activities, the delegation gathered for dinner at Sari Sari Modern Kitchen, a longtime favorite of the committee. The evening transitioned into another fellowship where members continued to strengthen relationships while also raising funds in support of the 2026 JCI World Congress. Conversations and fellowship continued back at Aurora Villas until the early hours of the morning, reflecting the strong sense of brotherhood shared among the participants.
The weekend concluded with a final lunch at Sayam Restaurant before members departed Clark and returned to their respective chapters.
More than a team-building activity, the gathering reinforced the partnership between JCI Manila and JCI Angeles Culiat as they continue preparations for hosting delegates from around the world. By combining training, fellowship, and collaboration, the weekend strengthened not only the organizing committee’s working relationship but also the friendships that will serve as the foundation for a successful 2026 JCI World Congress.
