Where Strategy Meets Presence
For Dinno Go Cedenio, leadership has never been about distance or delegation from above. As Vice President for Global Strategy and Corporate Affairs of JCI Manila, his approach was grounded in presence, trust, and shared responsibility.

Long before taking on the VP role, Cedenio had already proven his ability to build and sustain relationships beyond borders. He served as Director for National Relations in 2021, where he helped strengthen ties across chapters through consistency, reliability, and genuine connection. That experience laid the foundation for how he would later lead on a broader, more complex scale.
As Vice President, his mandate expanded to global strategy, corporate affairs, and brand alignment, areas that require both vision and steadiness. Rather than leading from afar, Cedenio chose to lead from within.
Leadership That Stays in the Trenches
Under Cedenio’s leadership were three key directorates: International Affairs, led by Lendle Ozaeta; LOM and Business Management, under Sean Si; and Brand Communications and Media Strategy, led by Migi Gabrino.

What defined his leadership was not control, but cohesion. He became the steady presence that held the division together, offering quiet pushes when needed and unwavering support when challenges arose. His leadership style was simple and deeply felt: “I’ll go to the trenches with you.”
Rather than positioning himself above the work, Cedenio embedded himself in it. He stood alongside his directors through planning, execution, and recovery, making himself an integral part of each directorate’s journey.
Leadership Forged in Discipline and Responsibility
Outside JCI, Cedenio’s professional life reflects the same discipline and reliability he brings into service. He has spent eight years as Accounting Manager at Stronghand Inc., a Quezon City–based company known as a leading retailer and wholesaler of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories in the Philippines. Operating in a highly regulated industry requires precision, accountability, and unwavering adherence to standards.

He also serves as Finance Manager of Golden Treasures Travel Depot, a Cebu-based travel agency providing comprehensive travel services, from flights and visas to accommodations and full travel packages. Balancing these roles has honed his ability to manage complexity, mitigate risk, and support operations that depend on trust and consistency.
These professional experiences informed his leadership within JCI Manila. Strategy, for Cedenio, is not abstract. It is built on structure, responsibility, and showing up even when the work is difficult.
A Vice President’s Commitment to Shared Strength
Throughout the year, Cedenio became an integral part of every directorate under his care. Whether in international coordination, local organization management, or brand and media strategy, his presence was constant.

He provided stability during uncertainty, clarity during pressure, and reassurance during moments when teams needed to be reminded that they were not alone. His directors knew they had a leader who would not disappear when challenges arose.
This kind of leadership does not always attract attention. But it builds trust, sustains momentum, and allows others to perform at their best.
A Legacy of Shared Strength
Dinno Go Cedenio’s year as Vice President for Global Strategy and Corporate Affairs is defined not by grand declarations, but by quiet strength. He held the line. He kept teams together. He made sure strategy was matched by presence and care.

In doing so, he left behind more than completed initiatives. He built confidence within his division, strengthened collaboration across directorates, and demonstrated that leadership is most powerful when it is shared.
This is the legacy of a leader who chose to walk beside his teams, in the trenches, through thick and thin.
