34 Inducted, One Message Echoed: Lead with Humility

What you’ve witnessed here tonight isn’t just another event. It’s a snapshot of what any given day in JCI Manila can look like when we give our best; with heart, brotherhood, and purpose.

To our new Baby Jaycees: I hope you absorb everything you’ve learned from your Baby JC project. Carry that experience forward. You now have brothers in us: mentors, friends, fellow warriors in leadership, who will walk alongside you.

There is so much to learn in this journey. I wouldn’t have stayed here for 10 years if I didn’t believe my time was worth it. Ten years… and you’re just getting started. Believe me, the best is ahead.

Can we give our Baby Jaycees a round of applause?

We’re just five months away from the end of the term… but I know the great work we’ve done, not just this year, but in the years past will continue through the capable hands of a great team, which you’ll soon come to know in the coming days.

This, Dir. Sean, is the kind of GMM we want to see throughout the year.

And to our regular members who showed up tonight: Be the standard. Be the example of leadership that inspires. Because the next generation is watching, and we owe it to them to show what true JCI leadership looks like.
