100 DAYS. ONE STANDARD.

Today marks our first 100 days as the 2026 JCI Manila Lead Beyond Board of Directors, and what an incredible journey it has been.

In just the first quarter, we have gone beyond the expected, beyond the limit, and beyond the next generation—delivering measurable impact, strengthening partnerships, and activating a growing community of leaders. With over ₱78M in total project value and 366,000+ lives reached, these milestones are not just numbers; they are proof of purpose in action.

BEYOND THE EXPECTED (Internal Affairs)
Our momentum began with the synergy of our District events and the prestige of our Induction in January 2026, which saw a remarkable attendance of 851 delegates. Since then, we have bridged the gap between professional growth and community service. We transitioned from high-level Business Trainings to empowering educators through TOGA (Ten Outstanding Guro Awards).

We have diversified our impact, moving from a robust lineup of Sports Development programs to the compassionate launch of JCI Cares. While we celebrated our growth with the Membership Arch, we are now sprinting toward our most ambitious mobilization yet: the Color Run for Mental Health.

BEYOND THE LIMIT (External Affairs)
To increase our National and International visibility, JCI Manila has been tireless on the global stage. Our members attended a staggering 96 inductions across the country and abroad, championing our spirit and promoting the upcoming World Congress this November 11 to 15.

BEYOND THE NEXT GENERATION (Community Affairs)
At the core of every chapter is its service to others. We have remained a steady force of relief through Oplan Damayan and continued the legacy of the St. Teresa of Calcutta Awards, one of our most enduring programs. From the joy of Happy Jesus Day to the strategic launches of Project MVP and Project Dream Builders, we continue to sustain our longest active mission: Handog Lingap.

As we celebrate today, we also reflect. This is only the beginning. The next 100 days will demand even more:
– Higher standards of excellence
– Stronger discipline and adherence to protocols
– Greater proactiveness in leadership
