In Brgy. 128, Tondo, a simple initiative to provide laptops and tablets turned into something much bigger. Volunteers discovered that over 62% of the youth stop at elementary—not by choice, but by necessity. Many turn to scavenging just to survive, making education a distant dream.

To change this reality, the Smokey Mountain Learning Center is being built—a space where out-of-school youth can get a second chance through the Alternative Learning System (ALS).
